The ONLY tickets that will apply must be postmarked BEFORE the date of the drawing and must be numbers picked at random by the machine, such as a “Quick Pic” ticket, not numbers selected by you. For those of you who are worried about someone else winning on a ticket that you purchased and sent ...then may we suggest that you write down the numbers on the “Quick Pic” ticket and purchase a second ticket for yourself using those same numbers.
