FOR SENDING PAYMENT by Mail:  Please be sure to include your full name, address, phone number and part number.  

Please note that payment MUST be made with a US POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY.     

We do not accept any other form of payment by mail.

FOR SENDING SHAFTS FOR SERVICE or SENDING PARTS:  Please be sure to include your full name, address and phone number when sending shafts or parts to us.   Please include a detailed description of what is needed.

FOR RETURNS: Please be sure to call us before you ship items that you have purchased and want to return.  You MUST call or email to obtain from us an RA Number for all return goods.   We will not accept any package that does not have the RA Number posted prominently on the outside of the package.   You MUST fill out and send the product return form with your item....see next line below.

Please be sure to purchase the appropriate amount of insurance for any and all items that you ship to us.  We are not responsible for shipping damage on any item that you have shipped.  All damage claims will be the responsibility of the sender.
    
Please note: Any additional cost for duties, brokerage fees, tariffs and or taxes on international shipments will be the responsibility of the sender.

Most e-mails will be answered the same day that they are received. Weekend e-mail will be answered on the following Monday. During the busy season, February through November, response time may vary.

If you would like an exact price for your application please send a detailed e-mail about the vehicle make and model including engine size, horsepower, transmission model name or number, differential name or number and include the measurements listed for the measuring diagram that you used. Include your zip code for ground shipping costs.  For all customers outside the USA please be sure to include your COMPLETE SHIPPING address for a shipping quote. Please note that an exact quote cannot be made without this info.

If you are inquiring about the status of your order please indicate your full name and address and please tell us what it is that you have ordered so we can find your information. 

If you are checking the status of any ONLINE ORDERS please include the order number as well as your name and address.  You will receive the UPS Tracking Info directly from us when it is shipped out.

If you are checking the status of a  PHONE ORDER and if you gave us an email address at that time you will receive the shipping and tracking information directly from UPS once it has been shipped out.  Please check your email for the notice from UPS before calling or emailing us.   Be sure to check and adjust your spam filter as this may cause a delay in receiving your tracking info.
