Use this u-joint when you want the most strength out of a 1310 series universal joint. Stronger than a greaseable u-joint. Great for the street rod or muscle car owner who needs reliability and performance.

This size u-joint has been used on American Production cars and light trucks since the mid 50's. General Motors, Ford, American Motors, Studebaker, Mercury, Checker, Jeep, International and even some Dodge and Plymouths have used this size universal joint.

  • 3.219 inches ( 3 7/32 inches )wide in both directions
  • All 4 bearing caps are 1.0625 inch ( 1 1/16 inch ) diameter
  • Outside snap rings

Please note: We do not sell universal joints based on year, make and model. Too many mistakes are made this way because too many vehicles are modified. Instead we sell them based on actual dimensions so that you get the right u-joint when you receive it. To order you must measure how wide your u-joint is in both directions and the bearing cap diameters of all 4 caps. This must be done at each end of your driveshaft.
